    食神再战江湖

    连考了两门,都挺砸的,严重缺觉,两眼昏花,但是都不影响本食神重出江湖的决心,其实生日的时候很多想做,结果什么都没做,所以最近在一一给大家呈现(只不过基本都进我肚子了)
    废话不说,上图
    首先登场的是四川椒麻鸡,本来是凉菜,但是被我当热菜炒了,辣辣的,还挺好吃的。想吃更辣的点就多放点辣椒喽。顺便说一下,我很想去北川

    第二个是酱牛肉,第一次做,很好吃,同学说赶上饭馆里的啦呵呵

    第三个是凉拌海带结,海带丝生日吃光了,所以自己伴了海带结,一致好评嘻嘻,第二张是伴的料,红艳艳的辣椒,我最近怎么总吃辣
    第四个是今晚做的,我最爱吃的卤面,官方叫豆角焖面,我妈做的天下第一,我的也挺好吃,就是卖相太差,做不出我妈的样子
    荷兰豆炒培根,培根油很多,不要加油

    鸡心炒青椒,辣椒根据个人喜好而定,其他的动物内脏也可以炒着吃,不过我还是不爱吃内脏

    破烂麻婆豆腐,还有酱的黄豆牛肉也show一下吧,还有暑假炸的黑胡椒牛排,超级健康的芦笋

    最后是pizza,烤的三个味道的,自己做还能用全麦面,健康多啦

    我买了披萨饼托,炒了个酱,放平底锅里也煎过披萨。哈哈结果是馅明显多的溢出来盖过饼,而且虽然涂了很多黄油,饼底还是超级超级黑糊糊的糊掉了。改明儿你给我留个言,写个制作方针哈~大师啦啦啦

    鹏哥,说明一下,这不是打卤面,打卤面是北京,东北人还有天津人吃滴,我做素山西的面食啦,做法不一样滴!我做的像煮的,是因为厨具不全,加上油涂的比较少,我妈做出来的是面条根根分明的。

    蒜酱怎么做呢,我去查查好了,我家几乎素食主义的,这些肉菜我做的都有难度啊
    你是说豆角应该切成细段吧,我比较懒,买了冷冻的豆角,不过我的焖面不正宗啦,不是真正闷的
